Self-Breema for Self-Care
Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony
I was looking out my window at the sunlight streaming through the trees. I wanted to enjoy it, but was feeling really tired. I met with a co-worker and we practiced two Self-Breema exercises together. Afterwards I saw my mood and outlook were improved. I was still tired, but I didn’t feel as stuck, and I had energy for what was next in my day.
When I feel off-balance and think I’m supposed to be feeling something differently, I suffer twice—once because I don’t feel well, and the second time from my self-criticism. Practicing Self-Breema, receiving Breema bodywork, or choosing one of the Nine Principles of Harmony to work with, all create space for a shift within me, and can support me to come out of my thoughts and into a direct experience of being alive.
