Mutual Support Is the Key To Health
No matter how difficult outer circumstances become, there is always something we can do to express and invite Mutual Support into our lives.
Our psychological state has a tremendous influence on our health. Society, in myriad subtle and overt ways, pushes us toward a self-centered viewpoint that erodes our health and leads to fear, anxiety, and suffering. This pervasive illness is the primary cause of the alienation that weakens us and robs our lives of meaning.
Fortunately, Breema offers us a powerful antidote to this problem that can turn things around and restore our physical, mental, and emotional health through the universal principle of Mutual Support. Receiving Breema bodywork not only improves physical health and vitality, but through its unique quality of touch, movement, and presence, it imprints an experiential understanding of this principle on our consciousness that has a tremendous healing effect on our mind and feelings as well. We rediscover our inherent human desire to support and be supported, which is essential for living a fulfilling and meaningful life. We learn that no matter how difficult outer circumstances become, there is always something we can do to express and invite Mutual Support into our lives. We are supporting not only our own health, but that of those around us and of all life.
